Tables:
• [[1]] pre/on-diet DIET vs Control at each timepoint (PRE_POST_REVERSAL = ON DIET or pre).
• [[2]] post-reversal DIET vs Control within reversal arms (dietstatus POST 4MR or POST 9MR).
• [[3]] post-reversal within-diet contrasts (PRE_POST_REVERSAL within each diet at post timepoints).
All models used log transformed MetaPhlAn4 abundances with a psuedocount of 0.5.
