This dataset is primarily applied in intelligent CNC machining operations. By correlating machine tool models, machining parameters, accuracy data and raw material information, it constructs a machine tool-raw material collaborative model. It not only analyzes the machining accuracy performance of a specific machine tool when processing different materials, automatically triggering early warnings and maintenance prompts (such as spindle calibration) when the error exceeds the threshold, but also compares the accuracy differences of similar raw materials under the same machine tool and machining parameters, quantifies the impact of raw materials on machining, and optimizes procurement standards. This ensures equipment stability, extends its service life, reduces the rework rate caused by raw material fluctuations, and achieves efficient resource collaboration.
