<b>Lung adenocarcinoma cells respond differently to mechanical stress in 3D versus 2D environments</b>

This dataset contains raw and processed data supporting the study “Lung adenocarcinoma cells respond differently to mechanical stress in 3D versus 2D environments.” It includes RNA-seq data, quantitative analyses, and imaging data used to evaluate the effects of respiratory motion–mimicking mechanical stress on lung adenocarcinoma cells cultured in 2D and 3D decellularized lung scaffolds.
