The data files HANL_A2_hr_fine_noflag_ATRID.csv and HANL_A3_hr_fine_noflag_ATRID.csv contain the imaged data plotted in HANL_step_A3_w_track.png and the animation leader_development_animation.mp4. The columns are (for more details on the ATRI-D imager which generated this data see: https://github.com/OlafScholten/LOFLI/blob/main/docu/Nts_LofarImaging.pdf): flag: data quality flag (1=bad, 0=good) time: time in seconds from start of recorded flash northing: location in meters northward from LOFAR's core near Exloo easting: location in meters eastward from LOFAR's core near Exloo altitude: location in meters upward from LOFAR's core near Exloo width: width of the imaged VHF pulse in samples chi^2: chi^2 values of the fitted pulse model IntVol: quality parameter (lower=better) St_I/20: Stokes' I value (not converted to physical units) I_3%: percentage of radiated power of source radial toward LOFAR's core P_un: percentage unpolarized P_lin: percentage linearly polarized P_circ: percentage circularly polarized zen: zenith polarization angle of reconstructed dipole moment azi: azimuth polarization angle of reconstructed dipole moment Coherence(x,y): complex coherence matrix values (from this matrix polarization attributes can be computed) spectral_energy_density: spectral energy density of the pulse (i.e., spectral power density integrated over the duration of the pulse) in pJ/MHz spectral_power_density: spectral power density (average power per sample over the duration of the imaged pulse) in mW/MHz The track plotted in HANL_step_A3_w_track.png is included in track.csv. The data columns are: time: time in seconds from start of recorded flash easting, northing, altitude: average positions in easting, northing and altitude (in meters relative to LOFAR's core) estimated using a sliding Gaussian kernel in time of 50us duration. easting_uncertainty, northing_uncertainty, altitude_uncertainty: RMS deviations from average track in meters counts: number of samples used to estimate the average positition of the filament at the specified time (more is better) Deviations from the average track are plotted in track_deviations.png and the data is included in track_deviations.csv. Definition of the data columns: deviation_easting, deviation_northing, deviation_altitude: deviation from track in meters in the easting, northing and altitude directions radial_deviation: three-dimensional distance of sample in meters from average track tangential deviation: distance in meters of sample in parallel away from average track (i.e., is sample further forward or backward from the average position of the track?) tranverse_deviation: distance is meters of sample in direction perpendicular away from average track.
