Data for Defining the function of disease variants with CRISPR editing and multimodal single cell sequencing: PTEN, FBXO11, HLA-DQB1

Data corresponds to MINECRAFT-Seq, a single-cell assay for sequencing the transcriptome, genomic DNA, and surface markers of CRISPR-edited cells. If interested, our preprint can be found here.
