Predicted shifts in the distributions of Atlantic reef-building corals in the face of climate change

This data was used to predict the shifts in distributions of three key species of Atlantic reef-building corals due to climate change, using Species Distribution Models. This package includes all the R codes, presence data of species and climate layers used in the study (but already prepared - the originals have to be downloaded if wanted). We used the BIOMOD2 framework for producing the SDM maps and the same steps can be easily applied for other species. Presence data for the species was obtained through the GBIF, OBIS and in the literature.<br>For more details, read the README.md file.
