This dataset contains processed bulk RNA-seq data for THP-1-derived M2-like macrophages cultured under normoxia or hypoxia. Six samples were included, with three biological replicates per condition. The uploaded archive includes sample metadata, QC and mapping summaries, gene-level count and expression matrices, differential expression results for hypoxia versus normoxia, and downstream reanalysis and enrichment tables.
