Six Decades of Donor Agricultural Finance and Policy Lessons from Cameroon.

This dataset provides project-level information on 80 agricultural and rural development programs implemented in Cameroon between 1960 and 2025, compiled from multilateral and bilateral donor reports, national budget documents, and completion evaluations. It underpins the study “Where the Money Went: Six Decades of Donor Agricultural Finance and Policy Lessons from Cameroon.” Each observation represents one donor-funded project, including metadata on financial scale, donor type, sectoral focus, spatial coverage, and implementation duration. The dataset integrates both financial and descriptive variables to support empirical analyses of aid efficiency, fragmentation, and execution ratios.
