Unveiling the nature of the dark source HESS J1828-099

The HGPS revealed a pointlike source we consider to be of high interest: HESSJ1828099. It is one of only 17 sources in the HGPS with an angular size0.07deg. This source is unique in the sense that it does not seem to haveapparent associations at lower energies and it is not located in highly confusedregions such as the Galactic Center. What is the nature of HESS J1828099 ? Isit perhaps a young PWN, with dim counterparts? Is it maybe a gammaray binary? Asupernova remnant? We aim at identifying the nature of the pointlikeunidentified source HESS J1828099 in thecontext of a MWL campaign (Xrays andradio).
