Steady state transcriptional profiles at different oxygen concentrations

Transcriptional profiles of steady-state chemostat cultures were measured at a range of oxygen levels using microarrays. Oxygen levels were defined by the aerobiosis scale of Alexeeva et al. (2002).本研究通过微阵列技术，在一系列氧气浓度水平下，对稳态化学振荡器培养物的转录组进行了测量。氧气浓度参照Alexeeva等（2002年）提出的需氧生物尺度进行定义。
