preincubation of AA1 and human liver S9 was performed in a separate plate for 30 minutes. the preincubation mix consisted of:- 4uL human liver S9- 40mM NADP- 50mM glucose-6-phosphatetotal volume: 100uLthe metabolized S9 was transferred to a transwell insert in a well with 900uL culture medium.
