资源简介:
Cancer cells in malignant tumors upregulate aerobic glycolysis and secrete a large amount of lactic acid into the tumor microenvironment. Lactic acid is well- known to play a role in regulating the transcription of some genes in regulatory T cells, M2-type macrophages, and ILC2, but the effect of lactic acid on the transcriptional regulation in B lymphocytes is less known. We have analyzed how lactic acid alters gene expression levels in CD40-stimualted or non-stimulated B lymphocytes purified from mouse spleens by bulk RNA sequencing.
