La Correspondencia de Puerto Rico

Published daily except Sundays from 1890-1922, La Correspondencia de Puerto Rico was founded by Ramon B. Lopez in the stule of La Correspondencia de Espana. La Correspondencia offered political and social commentaries, often particularly critical of Spanish tariffs and ventures on the island, as well as a notable modern and non partisan aproach to reporting.
