Total RNA-seq analysis of embryonic gene expression in three Drosophila melanogaster lncRNA KO lines

We analyzed the transcriptome of 6-8h embryos from flies harboring homozygous deletions causing KO of three different lncRNA described in Schor et al 2018: XLOC_012319, XLOC_012225 and XLOC_004366. The deletions were obtained through CRISPR/Cas9-mediated homologous recombination in a parental fly line expressing Cas9 on the germ line (vas::Cas9). As a control, we analyzed 6-8h embryos from the homozygous vas::Cas9 line as well.
