RNA sequencing for MCA and STA of Moyamoya diseases

RNA sequencing for Superficial temporal artery (STA) and Middle cerebral artery (MCA) of Moyamoya diseases (MMD). These data include 10 MCA and 10 STA samples from 16 MMD patiens who underwent revascularization surgery. The goal of tihs study was to explore the different expressing level of RNA between MMD patients' MCA and STA.
