This project combines transcriptomics and metabonomics technology to study the metabolic pathway and gene information of the phenolic components of Abrus cantoninensis Hance. By comparing the dynamic changes of phenolic components and the differential expression of their synthesis related genes in different sources, parts and growing periods, it will build a regulatory network of phenolic components, and analyze the differences and similarities of the biological metabolism regulation of Abrus cantoniensis Hance from different sources. The results will be beneficial to the regulation of genes, key enzymes and metabolic pathways related to metabolic engineering to improve the content of target secondary metabolites, and provide new ideas and methods for the improvement of medicinal quality and drug development of Abrus cantoniensis Hance .
