Providencia stuartii CAUTI TnSeq

Transposon insertion-site sequencing datasets for a clinical isolate of Providenca stuartii from a patient with an indwelling catheter. Samples include: 1) the transposon library after ~10 hour culture in LB broth, 2) bacteria recovered from the bladder and kidneys from experimentally infected mice, and 3) bacteria recovered from the bladder and kidneys of mice that were infected with the transposon library pool along with wild-type Proteus mirabilis.
