This project aimed to determine the mitochondrial genome sequence of Bipalium nobile in order to investigate its genetic diversity and conduct phylogenetic and taxonomic analyses. Genomic DNA was extracted from a specimen of B. nobile collected in Japan and sequenced using the DNBSEQ-G400RS platform. The resulting reads were used to assemble the mitochondrial genome.
