Here provides the datasets and code files for evaluating and re-producing results in Han et al., Nat Comm, 2022. https://rdcu.be/cO33Q https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-022-29656-z <br> Dataset-meta combines datasets 1-3 for multi-variant analysis of the tuning for spatiotemporal frequency and orientation. <br> These datasets include the calcium time courses, trial-averaged responses and tuning parameters of 89,377 L2/3 excitatory neurons in eight visual cortical areas in awake mice (Thy1-Gcamp6s, GP4.12). <br> Dataset 1 and 2 include neurons' responses to isotropic and anisotropic stimuli respectively, which were used for spatiotemporal tuning analysis. Dataset 3 includes neurons' responses to stimuli of different spatial elongation, which were used for length/orientation tuning analysis.<br> <br> Timecourse_datasets contain the raw calcium time courses of cells, from which dataset1-3 were derived.<br> <br> Code file includes codes to (1) generate visual noise stimuli (2) parse the datasets and perform tuning analysis, clustering and tsne analysis. <br>
