We explored the impact of siRNA-mediated knockdown of the transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) on the gene expression in the human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (hPASMC), at 24h and 48h. Human pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells (hPASMC) in P5 were plated in 6-well plates and transfected with either 200nM siRNA to transforming growth factor β receptor III (TGFBR3) (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) or Scrambled control (Ambion). Total RNA was extracted at 24 and 48h timepoints with peqGOLD TOTAL RNA Kit (VWR).
