In this study, we investigated the effect of high-fat diet on prostate cancer progression. We specifically analyzed the metabolome, transcriptome, and tumor microenvironment of MYC transgenic and wild-type mice subjected to high-fat diet (enriched in saturated fat) and control diet for 21 weeks. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data from prostates (dorsolateral lobes) collected from MYC-transgenic and wild-type FVB mice fed high-fat diet (HFD) or control diet (CTD) for 21 weeks (1. CTD_WT, 2. HFD_WT, 3. CTD_MYC, HFD_MYC). Five mice/group were analyzed.
