Liver lymphatic endothelial cell in ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) mouse model

Samples are hepatic lymphatic endothelial cells isolated from IL7-GFP reporter mice with or without ischemia-perfusion injury. This study aims to determine changes in transcriptomic profiles in lymphatic vessels in response to ischemia-reperfusion injury, which mimics conditions in liver transplantation. This experiment will determine the potential role of lymphatic vessels during the ischemia-reperfusion injury in the liver.
