Disease caused by foodborne pathogens is an important factor affecting food safety. The isolation and identification of Staphylococcus aureus uses traditional methods combined with matrix-assisted laser desorption time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS).Pulse field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was used to analyze the molecular typing bands of foodborne pathogenic bacteria. BioNumerics software was used to cluster the genetic map of Staphylococcus aureus. Analysis of molecular typing bands of foodborne pathogens by PFGE. Clustering analysis of gene map of Staphylococcus aureus by BioNumerics. The sensitivity of 12 antibiotics was analyzed by micro broth dilution method. Genome-wide sequencing of Staphylococcus aureus DC.RB_015 and analysis of its genomic characteristics and mechanisms of drug resistance.
