Coded interview data underlying the publication: When land is not enough: Drawing in private investment to increase social rental housing in Spain

Data collected through semi-structured interviews regarding the social housing provision in Spain. The interviewees are drawn from various types of organisations such as social housing organisations, local and regional governments, rating agencies, public banks etc. The interviews were mostly conducted in Spanish over 2024.<br>

本数据集通过半结构化访谈（semi-structured interviews）采集，围绕西班牙社会住房供给（social housing provision）相关议题展开。受访对象涵盖多类机构，包括社会住房运营机构、地方与区域政府、评级机构及公共银行等。本次访谈主要于2024年以西班牙语完成。
