Juniperane sesquiterpenoids are a class of bicyclic sesquiterpenoids, which have complicated stereochemical properties, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities.Phlecarinatone I(2), one of the novel molecules, could inhibit the glioma proliferation.To illuminate the mechanism of Phlecarinatone I(2) inhibiting the proliferation of glioma, transcriptome RNAseq was carried out to analyse all transcriptomes in vitro U251 cells
