This experiment aimed to determine the effects of camelina seed supplementation at different dietary fat levels on ruminal bacterial community compositions and how it related to changes in ruminal fermentation and metabolism in a dual-flow continuous culture system. this experiment will help us to understand how camelina seed as a feed sources affects dairy cows, especially on the rumen bacteria, and thus helping discover the economic values of camelina seed. meanwhile, this experiment will guide the future experiment on vivo experiment about the application of camelina seed on dairy cattle.
