More Metadata The Spring Feature Protection layer depicts all known springs identified by existing Loudoun County Soils data within the MOD and each spring’s required 300-foot buffer. Areas of the required 300-foot buffers outside of the MOD were removed. The Spring Feature Protection layer is intended to be used only as a reference. Better site-specific data may improve the precision and accuracy of the Spring Features layer. To assure that Loudoun County is using the best available Spring Feature data, please provide the Office of Mapping and Geographic Information with information concerning any errors, omissions, or other discrepancies discovered in this data.
