phoD gene in agriculture soils

In this study, a field experiment was conducted in alkaline purple soil in a moderate subtropical monsoon climate zone to investigate the variation in soil properties, bacterial-feeding nematodes, phosphatase-producing bacteria, phosphatase, organic P and inorganic P composition under different straw return amounts (0, 30%, 50% and 100% crop residue incorporation) as well as the relationships between these features.
