All the data generated are for characterizing Usp25 and Smurf1 functions in virus-induced autophagy and innate immune response. Biochemistry assays such as western blot, flow cytometry assay, immunofluorescence assay are used in this study. RNA viruses and cell lines are used as infection model in this study. The study generates images and quantitative data only.

本数据集所生成之数据旨在表征Usp25和Smurf1在病毒诱导的自噬及固有免疫反应中的功能。本研究采用生化分析技术,如蛋白质印迹、流式细胞术及免疫荧光等技术进行检测。研究选取RNA病毒及细胞系作为感染模型,并生成图像及定量数据。
