The two sets m4 and m3 were identified in the corresponding main analysis based on the RITSS1 approach (Table 2). All variants in m4/m3 were tested for interaction with the respective environmental factor Eit. In this context, gws. interaction refers to a single variant interaction p-value p<5×10−8. Similar, bfs. interaction corresponds to p<0.05/(|m4|+|m3|) (Bonferroni correction). The last columns report the empirical distribution of effect directions in these tests and the corresponding 5% quantile of p-values (weighted analysis).
