We have developed a full length typing strategy for HLA-DQA1, DPA1 and DRB3/4/5 using Pacific Biosciences SMRT Sequencing on the RSII instrument. We will sequence HLA and Immunogenetics Workshop Cell Lines which are used as reference source material throughout the H and I field. With our capabilities to sequence these resources in further detail, we will provide the community with extensive typing of the cell lines.
