资源简介:
Restricted availability of cell and animal models is a rate-limiting step for investigation of salivary gland neoplasm pathophysiology and therapeutic response. Conditionally reprogrammed cell (CRC) technology enables establishment of primary epithelial cell cultures from patient material. This study tested the reproducibility of RNA-sequence information obtained from independently derived CRC cultures isolated from two different areas of the same biological human tissue samples for eight samples. A ninth single specimen was evaluated in addition. Samples tested were surgical specimens of mucoepidermoid carcinoma (1), metastatic squamous cell carcinoma (2), pleomorphic adenoma (4), fine needle aspirates from carcinoma ex pleomorphic adenoma (1) and diffuse large B cell lymphoma (1).
