Two-Dimensional Material/Polymer Composite Cooling Tubes for Battery Thermal Management Systems

This thesis systematically addresses heat conduction within 2D material/polymer composites, as well as interfacial heat transfer between the tube surface and the working liquid, thereby linking material design, structural configuration, and thermal performance in an integrated manner. Based on these insights, effective design strategies are proposed for the multi-scale assembly of cooling tube structures and the enhancement of heat transfer efficiency. By bringing together concepts from materials chemistry, structural mechanics and thermophysics, this work advances the fundamental understanding of thermal behaviour in cooling tube systems and provides technological support for the development of high-performance cooling technologies.
