The Orc4-IHD mutant yeast strain has genome-wide altered Origin Recognition Complex (ORC) binding landscape, where most of the ORC are relocated from canonical yeast replication origins to promoter regions. We analyzed the transcriptomes of wildtype (Wt) and Orc4-IHD mutant across one cell cycle.
