Soft sensor models of pulp components based on the quality indices in bleaching process
收藏资源简介:
The traditional measurement method of pulp quality indices can not meet the requirements of diversification and customization of product and industrial internet. Soft sensor models of pulp components are established based on analyzing the correlation between cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin content and whiteness, Kappa, intrinsic viscosity respectively in the chlorine dioxide bleaching process. The models were verified and the maximum errors are 3.19%, 3.01%, and 5.55%, respectively. The results show that the models can simulate the varieties of components in bleaching process, judge the quality of bleached pulp more intuitively than traditional whiteness, Kappa and intrinsic viscosity. The models have a practical significance for paper products requiring the concerned component, and match to the tendency of precise and intelligent control of the bleaching process.
