This study was designed to investigate whether Ferulic acid (FA) alleviates LPS-induced inflammation, and to identify associated transcriptional changes and signaling pathways. The RAW264.7 macrophages were divided into three experimental groups: the control group (Con), the model group (Mod), and the FA group. The Mod group was exposed to 1 μg/mL of LPS for 24 h to establish the inflammatory model. The FA group was pretreated with 10 μM of FA for 12 h, followed by LPS treatment for 24 h. After treatment, the cells were washed twice with PBS, lysed with TRIzol Reagent, and transferred to cryovials. The samples were then sent to Heyuan Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for transcriptome analysis.
