Characterization of a murine DLBCL mouse model

DLBCL is the most frequent non-Hodgkin lymphoma. In order to develop targeted therapies for patient subsets with specific genetic aberrations, faithful model organisms are necessary. As part of an in-depth characterization of the tumors forming in our murine DLBCL model, we performed exome and transcriptome sequencing.
