Sequence and assembly of the genome of a Rambouille breed ewe, OAR_USU_Benz2616. The data includes Pacific Biosciences long-read data for de novo contig assembly, Illumina short-read data for base-quality polishing, and Hi-C Illumina data for genomicscaffolding. In addition, 100 tissues have been collected from the same animal for FAANG (Functional Annotation of Animal Genomes) assays including RNA sequencing using both short and long read technologies.
