Residential Telephone Service Survey December, 2010 [Canada]

The Residential Telephone Service Survey (RTSS) was administered in December 2010 to a sub-sample of the dwellings in the Labour Force Survey (LFS) sample, and therefore its sample design is closely tied to that of the LFS. <BR> <BR> The Residential Telephone Services Survey (RTSS) collects information about telephone service across Canada. <BR> The RTSS has three main objectives. They are: <BR. 1) to collect information on the telephone service subscription rates across Canada and make them available by province, <BR> 2) to collect information about the types of households without telephone service, and <BR> 3) to collect information about households with only wireless telephone service.
