Interdisziplinäre Eltern-Kind Behandlung von schweren komplexen Fütterstörungen An Interdisciplinary Approach to Parent-Child Therapy with Complex and Severe Feeding Difficulties

Die Diagnostik und Therapie von (v. a. Klein-)Kindern mit –meist komplexen – schweren Fütter- und oft auch Interaktionsstörungen wird dargestellt. Die Familien dieser Kinder stehen unter kinderpsychiatrischer/ -psychosomatischer/ -psychotherapeutischer (KJPP) Fallführung in einem interdisziplinären Mütter-Kinder-Zentrum einer Universitätsklinik. Beschrieben wird vor allem die Vielschichtigkeit des Arbeitens mit der Thematik, nicht nur die jeweils individuellen Bedürfnisse einzelner Kinder im Behandlungsverlauf, sondern auch das Potenzial, klinikübergreifend effektiv koordinierte Behandlungsstrategien und teamintern berufsgruppenübergreifend psychotherapeutische Konzepte zu verfolgen. Die Darstellung wird durch eine Kasuistik und eine Literaturübersicht ergänzt. This tertiary service provides assessment and treatment of infants, children and their families presenting with complex and severe feeding disorders. We specialise in the care of children with a variety of multiple problems e. g. presenting after premature birth, and their associated relationship problems. The complexity of issues requires intervention at multiple levels in order to address the individual and family needs of the child. Each case represents opportunities and challenges. The team also addresses integrated services provision across the spectrum of services involved as well as attempting to integrate therapeutic approaches across professional boundaries.
