公厕作为人群密集的公共空间,实时监测指标可预防交叉感染。通过多维度环境数据(温湿度、有害气体、颗粒物等)自动触发各类预警(通风/清洁/温湿/健康),辅助管理人员快速响应。通风预警立即启动排风扇或开窗通风,清洁预警安排深度清洁并检查清洁剂用量,温湿预警检查空调或除湿设备,健康预警疏散并关闭公厕整改。通过多指标联动预警,及时发现公厕环境异常,避免卫生安全隐患扩大。 指标监测也可间接推动环卫行业绿色转型,通过分析氨气、VOC等数据,优化清洁剂使用(如选用低挥发、高效除臭产品)。结合温湿度数据,推广节能设备(如感应式通风系统),降低公厕运营的碳排放量。公厕环境指标的监测与管理看似 “小事”,实则是连接公共健康与城市文明的节点,为智慧城市提供了可复制的微观应用范式。1、数据收集:从平台上筛选2025年4月北苑街道的部分智慧公厕监测数据,包含公厕温度、湿度、氨气等指标。2、数据清洗:去除极限值和空值。3、数据处理:用IF函数嵌套AND函数判断是否预警。当氨气数值(mg/m³)和硫化氢数值(mg/m³)同时大于氨气预警阈值(mg/m³)、硫化氢预警阈值(mg/m³)触发通风预警,当PM2.5数值(ug/m³)和VOC数值(mg/m³)同时大于PM2.5预警阈值(ug/m³)、VOC预警阈值(mg/m³)触发清洁预警,当温度数值(℃)和湿度数值(%RH)同时大于温度预警阈值(℃)、湿度预警阈值(%RH)触发温湿预警,当氨气数值(mg/m³)、PM2.5数值(ug/m³)、CO2数值(PPM)和硫化氢数值(mg/m³)同时大于氨气预警阈值(mg/m³)、PM2.5预警阈值(ug/m³)、CO2预警阈值(PPM)、硫化氢预警阈值(mg/m³)触发健康预警,其余非预警情况判定为不处理。4、数据应用:预警触发会及时同步给管理人员,由运营人员根据不同预警状态安排人员进行处理,保障智慧公厕卫生安全。

Public toilets are densely populated public spaces; real-time monitoring of their environmental indicators can prevent cross-infections. Multi-dimensional environmental data (including temperature and humidity, harmful gases, particulate matter, etc.) can automatically trigger various early warnings (ventilation, cleaning, temperature-humidity, health warnings) to assist facility managers in making rapid responses. Ventilation warnings will immediately start exhaust fans or open windows for ventilation; cleaning warnings will arrange deep cleaning and check the dosage of cleaning agents; temperature-humidity warnings will inspect air conditioners or dehumidification equipment; health warnings will require evacuation and closure of the public toilet for rectification. Linked multi-index early warnings can timely detect abnormal environmental conditions in public toilets and prevent the expansion of health and safety hazards. Indicator monitoring can also indirectly promote the green transformation of the sanitation industry. By analyzing data such as ammonia and VOC, the use of cleaning agents can be optimized (e.g., selecting low-volatility, efficient deodorizing products). Combined with temperature and humidity data, energy-saving equipment such as inductive ventilation systems can be promoted to reduce carbon emissions from public toilet operations. Although the monitoring and management of public toilet environmental indicators may seem like a "minor matter", it is actually a node connecting public health and urban civilization, providing a replicable micro-application paradigm for smart cities. 1. Data Collection: Screen a portion of smart public toilet monitoring data from Beiyuan Street in April 2025 from the platform, including indicators such as public toilet temperature, humidity, and ammonia. 2. Data Cleaning: Remove extreme values and null values. 3. Data Processing: Use nested IF and AND functions to determine whether an early warning is triggered. Ventilation warning is triggered when both ammonia concentration (mg/m³) and hydrogen sulfide concentration (mg/m³) exceed their respective early warning thresholds; cleaning warning is triggered when both PM2.5 concentration (μg/m³) and VOC concentration (mg/m³) exceed their respective early warning thresholds; temperature-humidity warning is triggered when both temperature (℃) and humidity (%RH) exceed their respective early warning thresholds; health warning is triggered when ammonia concentration (mg/m³), PM2.5 concentration (μg/m³), CO2 concentration (PPM), and hydrogen sulfide concentration (mg/m³) all exceed their respective early warning thresholds. All other non-warning situations are classified as no action required. 4. Data Application: Once an early warning is triggered, it will be synchronized to managers in a timely manner, and operation personnel will arrange staff to handle the situation according to different early warning statuses to ensure the health and safety of smart public toilets.
