Gallus gallus Raw sequence reads

7-day-old broilers were divided into one of 4 treatment groups (control (CNTL), probiotic (PB),vaccine (VAC), and probiotic +vaccine (PBVAC)). Dietary exposures were carried out for each treatment, while the VAC and the PBVAC were vaccined with Newcastle disease attenuated vaccine, and upon completion of the trial, tissue samples were collected for RNA isolation. DNase-treated total RNA from individual spleen samples (5 µg of RNA/sample) was submitted to Beijing BioMarker Technologies (Beijing, China) for library preparation and sequencing. 12 indexed libraries were constructed (n = 3/treatment group), multiplexed, and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeqTM 2500 sequencing platform and paired-end reads were generated.
