SFSSR and CFSSR of each country (%, 2021)

The data shows the supply-side food self-sufficiency ratio (SSFSSR) and the conventional weight-based food self-sufficiency ratio (CFSSR) by country. The food items included in the calculation are 65 grains for the former and 9 for the latter. The SSFSSR is 45 for primary products and 20 for secondary products, and each secondary product was converted into its corresponding primary product using its individual primary product conversion rate (PPCR). At the end of the table, some of the results of statistical tests are shown. The data on the right side of the table is the difference between the two food self-sufficiency ratios by country.
