TEM, SPED, CBED, hardness and ~50% DIC data for: Precipitate stability in the heat-affected zone of a welded Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy

TEM, SPED datasets (hspy files), scanning CBED (mib and hspy files), and data from mechanical testing of Al-Mg-Si-Cu HYB welds as presented in the publication with title as stated above. The remaining ~50% DIC data can be found here: 10.5281/zenodo.13081883. The SPED and scanning (2-beam) CBED datasets were initially .mib files, but have been converted to .hspy to reduce the file size. The datasets can be read using hyperspy. The data is labelled according to the HAZ conditions described in the manuscript. Note that the 8mm sample will be published later, as it is being used for another publication on the phase mapping method pattern matching.
