<b>Derived ICU Sepsis Dataset from eICU and MIMIC-IV: Immune Cell Trajectories, SOFA, and Outcomes</b>

This repository contains a curated, derived dataset of ICU patients with sepsis from the eICU Collaborative Research Database and MIMIC-IV. It includes de-identified, aggregated variables, including longitudinal neutrophil and lymphocyte count trajectories, SOFA-related measures, and clinical outcomes. No direct identifiers or raw source tables are included. The dataset is intended to support reproducible research and secondary analyses of sepsis phenotyping and prognosis.
