Complete chloroplast genome of seedless jackfruit in Vietnam

In this study, the complete chloroplast genome of seedless jackfruit (Artocarpus heterophyllus) collected in Vietnam was sequenced, assembled, characterized and compared with other published jackruit chloroplast genomes. The identified variation in chloroplast genomes of seedless jackfruit could be potential for identification and conservation of this fruit plant.
