Land boundary changes are property transactions such as new geometry (split/combination of Lot(s) or property type conversion (from Air Rights, Record, or Tax Lots to Condo lots).土地界址变更属于不动产交易范畴，具体包含两类情形：一是生成新的几何边界，即对地块（Lot）进行分割或合并；二是不动产类型转换，即由空中权（Air Rights）、登记地块（Record Lots）或计税地块（Tax Lots）转换为公寓产权地块（Condo lots）。
