Amplicon sequencing data (16S rRNA and ITS) of soil and plant microbiomes from a maize-soybean intercropping system in Changtu County, Liaoning Province

This dataset originates from a maize-soybean intercropping experiment conducted in Changtu County, Liaoning Province.
