Hydroperiod data

These data were developed by Se-Yeun Lee at the Climate Impacts Group at the University of Washington. These data are simulated estimates of daily wetland water levels ( where the column "simulated" is the percentage of the maximum water level) from 1915 to 2006 for breeding wetlands of Rana cascadae in two regions of Olympic National Park, and were based on climate data derived from the Variable Infiltration Capacity model. Files ending in "_sim" are for the historical time period (1915-2006), files ending in "_cc" are for the same time series (1915-2006) perturbed to reflect conditions in the 2080s under the A1B climate scenario, and files ending in "_cc_2040s" are perturbed to reflect the 2040s under the A1B climate scenario.
