SCInter

SCInter is a comprehensive Single-Cell transcriptome integration database for human and mouse, providing manually curated gene expression profiles across various cell types at the sample level. The current version includes 115 integrated datasets and 1016 samples, covering nearly 150 tissues/cell lines and 8016,646 cell markers in 457 identified cell types.SCInter是一款面向人类与小鼠的综合性单细胞转录组整合数据库（Single-Cell transcriptome integration database），提供经人工精选整理的、覆盖多样细胞类型的样本级基因表达谱。当前版本包含115个整合数据集与1016个样本，覆盖近150种组织/细胞系，在457种已鉴定细胞类型中涵盖8016646个细胞标记物。
